New digital reporting functions
We regularly update Ship2Report to make the application even more responsive to our customers’ needs. In this update, we have implemented a number of new features that are useful for ship agents who use our digital reporting product.
View visit history
For each ship expected in the port of Rotterdam, you can now easily retrieve the previous 5 visits. In 1 quick glance you can see which agent handled this ship last time, where the ship came from and which berth was first in Rotterdam.
Statement of Facts
As an agent you now have the possibility to request a SoF for a ship. You can do this by activating the special SoF alert.
As soon as the ship has left the port of Rotterdam, you will receive the complete Statement of Facts at the e-mail address you provided. It is also possible to have the SoF delivered to another e-mail address, for example that of a colleague.
